Flowing to Asanas (postures) that will help move stuck or store energy out of your system, they will also remind you how powerful you can be, bringing you to a state of gratitude. Ending with a delicious chavasana relaxation.

Isamar, or Isa, a Costa Rican native, embarked on her world journey in 2011. With certifications in Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga, she's been teaching for over 4 years and holds a 500hrs YTT certification. Isa's expertise includes breathwork, organ massage, and sound healing. She's also a massage therapist, emphasizing the vital role of a balanced nervous system in our well-being. Her instruction aims to nurture emotional expression and healing.
