    Originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, Claudia, RYT 500, has spent a decade teaching worldwide, mainly in Malaysia. She's back in Costa Rica, collaborating with retreat centers and studios. Her yoga journey began in India in 2011 (200 hrs) and continued in New York in 2017 (300 hrs). Claudia's classes focus on body awareness, breath, and mind calmness, creating balance. With a sports background and a warm personality, her classes are grounding, aligning, and inspiring, suitable for all levels. Her events and retreats reflect her love for yoga, encouraging inner wisdom and trust.
