Sunny Koh
Sunny, a dedicated student and teacher, fosters an inward-focused, nurturing yoga environment. She believes in yoga as meditation, therapy, and movement medicine. Her classes blend dynamic movements, breathwork, and yin/restorative holds. Sunny continues her studies in Yin, Seasonal Vinyasa, and Ayurveda and is pursuing a Master's in Occupational Therapy.
