The Guinean Culture richness has been the emblem of the Country around the world, and since 1958 they opened up their artistic techniques to everyone around the planet, and for everyone to enjoy and share. Let yourself be surprised by the completeness of these dances, and be transformed and physically charged by the traditional movements that we call Guinean Dance. With a live music performance, this class is going to blow you away. With a good stretch in and warm up, we initiate class everyday. Then we study the history and background of two specific rhythms for women during the whole week, and practice specific steps for those rhythms; We will put together a choreography so that we can do a small show with the attendants when we get to the end of the workshop.
