This workshop covers useful herbs for first aid care, such as wound healing and burn care. You will learn essential herbal first aid items and what to have with you for wilderness expeditions, emergency go bags, and home first aid kits. Depending on logistics, the hope is to create a herbal salve.

As a Wilderness First Responder turned volunteer firefighter and Medical Director, she's dedicated to community first aid training.
