Sierra Sans
Sierra is a wildly dynamic, multi-faceted individual with various interests and passions. She is currently a Fire Fighter and EMT with the state of California, the largest fire department in the United States. She has a deep passion for emergency medicine and protecting and enhancing natural resources. Prior to fire, Sierra was a wilderness guide and educator where she grew an deep love for all things wild. From rafting guide to backpacking and rock climbing, she taught and led various individuals in high risk environments in many places. After becoming a Wilderness First Responder, she decided to further her skill set in emergency medicine. She became a volunteer fire fighter and is now the Medical Director for that department, as well as the coordinator for free community first aid training. Her love for the wild came with a love for medicinal plants, and she began curating a mix of all things she loves, utilizing plants for first aid and emergency care. She is a busy professional, but on her precious days to herself she'll immerse herself in water and connect with her Wild Woman.
