Lena Eastes, the visionary Founding Director and Lead Facilitator of Earth Path Education, brings extraordinary depth to modern-day Rites of Passage with her work. For over 15 years, she has crafted transformative five-day ceremonies that honor the transition from girlhood to womanhood, empowering young women as early as age 8 and nurturing their leadership journey until they reach 18. These ceremonies are rooted in Earth wisdom, intuitive insight, and heartfelt empathy, creating a sacred space for personal and collective growth.
