From the Garden

We will be planting a variety of vegetables and herbs in our Camptonville & Grass Valley gardens this spring! Lettuce, kale, chard, cabbage, radishes, beets, carrotsm, tomatoes and more will all provide a portion of the produce for our 2019 gathering. Let’s hope some of our fruit trees’ delicious fruits will be ready by July too!

Local & Organic

We offer an omnivorous diet that is deliciously crafted around what is seasonally available. The eggs and meat served are all local, organic and grass fed. All dairy products are organic. A substantial vegetarian option will be available at every meal.

Fresh pressed juices + Nut Mylks available for purchase during breakfasts & dinners, thanks to liquid gold juicery

Summer Dinner at 7pm

Please bring your own lunches and snacks.

Lunches are available to be purchased no later than 2 weeks prior to gathering.


 
 

Details

Your ticket to Origins includes two community meals each day; Breakfast + Dinner.

Please come prepared with your own dishware (bowl, utensils, mug, and water bottle).

Each Morning will begin with a hearty breakfast at 8:00 AM and Dinner will be served each evening at 7:00 PM.

If you have any allergies or special dietary needs please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that if your dietary needs are very specific to a lifestyle choice, we ask that you plan ahead for yourself in this way.

It is important to us that everyone feels nourished and satiated during the gathering. We encourage you to bring whatever food items you need to stay nourished between the meals provided. For refrigeration needs, please bring your own cooler as storage. Also, please bring your own gear for camp cooking.
